In 1983, Lenny Szarek turned his lifelong passion for carpentry into reality by founding Lenny Szarek, Inc. He started the company from his dining room table, originally specializing in building homes using skilled union craftsmen. Lenny Szarek, Inc. has since expanded, building townhomes, hotels, restaurants, and many other different commercial buildings. We are always prioritizing the employment of the most talented local union craftsmen. Lenny’s vision of creating a safe and family-oriented workspace continues to be our top priority. Honored to carry on Lenny’s traditions, we are committed to building the best for our clients.

As a Union Contractor, we’ve become diverse in many types of carpentry. We provide our customers quality work no matter if the project is an apartment complex, senior living and memory care facility, a restaurant chain, school building, or even municipal office building.
